What is EEG Biofeedback?

EEG Biofeedback is also known as neurofeedback or neurotherapy and is a revolutionary tool that is helping clients all over the world to better selfregulate their brain function since 30 years.

It is a non-invasive method that provides significant and sustainable results for a variety of symptoms.

Conventional biofeedback helps to control and train body functions by means of "feedback" (visible and audible signals) - this way, for example incontinence can be treated.

With EEG Biofeedback no muscle- or organic body functions, but brain waves, are measured. Here, the feedback is achieved when the brain waves are appropriate.

This way, the brain can be trained in a gentle way to "unlearn" undesirable states and "learn" desirable states. This can be used for treating for example concentration problems, migraine or depression.

Although it might sound like "brainwashing" to critical readers: Neurofeedback has nothing to do with brainwashing. It is more comparable to muscle training. Only the EEG Biofeedback is not training the muscle, but the brain.
